Brrrr....It's Cold Here

I've got some posts coming up but I thought I should write a short one up here about the sudden weather change in our city. It's been raining non stop for the last couple of days and I really mean NON-STOP!

There are heaps of wet laundry hanging outside our porch but that's the least of our worry. Amazingly, we've not used the air conditioner for 3 days and whenever we use the fan, it's switched to the first level/mode only. Even then, the whole family is wearing sweaters indoor and that's how cold it is!!! The last time we checked, the outdoor temp was 21 degree Celsius. The persistent rain has started to cause flood in some areas. We're a little worried that if it does not stop, the flood will get worse tomorrow as it'll be high tide. Anyway, hope there will be sunshine tomorrow.....it's been too long since I last saw the sun :P

Funnily, I haven't see a rain drop for 2 months, but it's kind of cold (cool) here too. Malaysia and Bangkok not far away, but the weather seems to be a lot of difference.

Been hearing that from my MIL now. I remember the same situation for last year's CNY too, remember?

We were 'marooned' in the house and if not for a dryer, none of the 3 kids + 8 adults' clothes would be dry!

Let's see if we can be the Rainstoppers LOL
